Shipping Info: Our UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. All international post is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.

If a package is returned to us from a sorting office and the information we are given states that the item was ‘uncollected’ or 'unclaimed' this is not our responsibility. The customer will be notified as soon as we receive the return and a photo will be attached which clearly shows the label from Royal Mail stating the reason for the return. We will obviously prefer to re-send the records but we will require shipping to be paid again before we do. If the process means you wish to cancel the order the cost of the purchased goods will be refunded in full.

Claims for undelivered post must be made within 28 days of shipping date.

We are only responsible for delivering items to the address you have entered into Bandcamp. We are not liable for any items lost by 3rd party parcel forwarding companies.
